Celebratory News for Australians including myself

2022年11月17日

G'day mate. How are you going? Today, I've just flicked through some celebratory news for Australians including myself online. I wanna share some with you folks! Without further ado, let's have a dive into it.

First up, no matter how you like it or dislike it, one of the Australian icons "Vegemite " turns 100 Years in 2023, which is just amazing. Due to its strong taste and flavour, I've stopped having this in my Aussie life since 2010. Have you ever tasted it before? Actually, yes of course it has a good taste when you are having a piece of toast with marge, and put a little bit of Vegemite, which might be the best combination. However, for myself, the taste is too strong, and I reckon it should be detrimental for my health. Anyway, I'd like to express the token of my appreciation for Vegemite not being vanished over the last century, which is stunning!! Good on ya mate! According to this article, it says that the Royal Australian Mint located in Canberra ACT is slated to issue the 100th Celebratry Vegemite Special Coin and King Charls' face will be inscribed into the flip side of the coin. I look forward to seeing it soonish!

Next up, Australian War Memorial located in Canberra officially and eventually sets to commence revamp works. I'm not sure how fervently and constructively Federal Government's officials have been discussing and came to their conclusion, but finally Australians including myself will see a new Australian War Memorial in a few years. We've alredy witnessed the old or the present Memorial being progressively dug down, destructed and excavated for the last two years or so. To be honest with you, the current War Memorial seems good enough to be able to attract both domestic and international tourists. But the new one will presumably feature prominently in this respect. Yep, I also look forward to seeing this as well.

What do you think about these two news? Please let me know in the comments below. I've already settled down here in Canberra, and in all probability will reside in this fantastic town permanently. So, I can show you around if you happen to be here in near future. I could be one of the best tour guides!

Thanks for reading. And see you soon.
