I'm into yoga and meditation

Keeping active and practising a regular exercise routine is a great way for people to keep their physical and mental health in good shape, especially as self-isolation life starts to take a toll in the long run.

What we shouldn't do, however, is to go out exercising and congregate in a big group and spend time chatting or get a coffee or whatever together, which is a risk. So, it's kinda hard to decide specifically what to do at the time of self-iso. I am one of the avid-cyclists, but I am reducing the frequency of going for a bike-ride nowadays as I'm sorta worried about aerosocialisation, or droplet transmission when you are encountering strangers outside.

I know I should be too sensitive, but nevertheless it's very important to keep in mind the fact that so many famous people have already been suffering from Covid-19 at short notice. I really feel as if it were my own affair. So, it's good to be super sensitive until the intensification of the novel Corona virus is easing when it comes to the time you are going out.

Let me be back to my main theme. So, I am now researching as to how I should kickstart yoga and meditation at home. The thing is my body is not that flexible, so, first of all, I ought to get it more flexible prior to embarking on these exercises. If you have any good idea or if you are doing at the moment, please leave your comments below.
