Paper-based one is also available in shops, but actually a bit pricy. So, I highly recommend just googling this official website: https://www.technologyreview.com/ I love reading "Harvard Business Review" as well, but equally I'm really enthusiastic about perusing this tech magazine. Why? Let's elaborate.
First of all, you can appreciate the latest and presumably the highest quality magazine in the realm of science and technology
As you've probably known, MIT stands for Massachusetts Institute of Technology famous for science and technology. This uni is one of the most prestigious institutions in the United States and around the world. So, the contents should also be assured in terms of uniqueness and quality of research. Even if you are not quite interested in science and technology domains, there will still be some benefits and worth reading this magazine as your English learning companion. Writing style and level of English sentence varies depending upon the contents and authors, but basically the majority of articles here are written in a simple manner. And, they are trying to substantiate any esoteric content using simple and clearer words and expressions. You can learn heaps of beautiful English sentences.
Of course, the majority of articles here are free of charge, so I highly recommend reading them aloud every day to boost your oral fluency and refine your pronunciation
This is just yesterday's one. You don't have to read aloud the whole article, but try to rehearse this one paragraph within 40 seconds. And then, you start recording yourself and at the same time reading this aloud with clearer voice and good rhythm as much as you possibly can. If you are already an intermediate learner, then I don't think there is any unknown word here. Maybe just "bewildering"? Never mind, it's not a big deal. You just push on! But of course, ideally, you check the pronunciation and meaning of the word before starting reading this aloud.

You can choose whichever you want to read. I'm reading pretty much everything here, although sometimes I'll have a deluge of daily tasks and thus just have to flick them through in a minute or so. Newsletters are normally intended to busy business readers, so the articles are more compact, much simpler, but very comprehensive and sophisticated. So, you're not gonna be bored!
Even the latest version of MIT Tech Review's articles offer some kinds of summation or abstracts, so they are still readily accessible to all readers with a free of charge
Full articles are limited access for unpaid readers, but you can still enjoy a lot when it comes to the latest magazine. You can share the article, copy and paste for your reading lists.
I reckon if you have the unfettered access to the magazine, then that would be apparently awesome mate. But, the more full articles you can access, the much longer you'll need to spend time for reading, which is an undeniably good thing for English learners. But if you are busy business person, then it's better to keep the unpaid member, because there still have so much information without becoming the paid member, to be honest. So, just enough sophisticated English sentences are available out there. Let's try to eat and steal elegant English writing skills!
